There are many men and women throughout the local area who do not need or wish to live in an institution. As a result, we pioneered this medically oriented day care program. Our Adult Day Healthcare program at Daily Haven runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6 PM. We utilize a skilled nursing and rehabilitation day-care approach, enabling participants to live-at-home. Essential medical services restore and/or maintain a person at their maximum level of function for optimum quality of life. Located in Olde Town Conyers, Daily Haven Adult Day Care provides quality services for adults with functional impairments in a safe and secure environment.  Adult Day Care  is  designed for  individuals  who do not require   24-hour institutional care, but are not capable of  full-time independent living due to a physical or mental disability. At Daily Haven we also provide care for those who are simply lacking in the socialization and active motivation in the home and the community. Our program helps alleviate both the physical and emotional stress felt by many family members who care for a loved one on a day-to-day basis. Our program allows the caregiver opportunities to run errands, visit with family and friends or just rest at home.
